ECOMIX media is ideal for high ferrous iron concentrations and low to medium water hardness applications.

Ecomix^® removes:

• Hardness
  Ecomix softens water with hardness up to 45 gpg (750 ppm CaCO₃)
• Iron
  Ecomix reduces common types of iron: ferrous, organic, and colloidal. Influent iron concentration must not exceed 15 ppm.
• Manganese
  Ecomix is one of the most reliable means for manganese removal. Influent manganese concentration must not exceed 3 ppm.
• Tannins
  Ecomix is a proven technology to remove tannins and other natural organic compounds. Maximum allowed influent tannin concentration is 3 ppm.
• Ammonium
  Maximum allowed ammonium concentration is 4 ppm.
